Career guidance and job assistance: coaching, job leads, employer introductions, and a live training track for those who need new skills.
What it is
UNITI Upskill is UNITI's largest service. Volunteer practitioners give career guidance in one-to-one sessions and a weekly resume clinic with mock interviews, members share job leads on a members-only board, and hiring partners get introductions to people we know. For members who need new skills first, there is a live AI training track with a certificate, included in membership. We are honest about what this is: guidance and introductions, not a job guarantee.
Who it's for: Members who are job hunting, changing roles, or returning to work, and employers who want to hire from the community.

How it works
- 1Join on the member hub; membership is $100 a year per family with no per-program fees.
- 2Book a guidance session or join the weekly resume clinic.
- 3Ask for a referral when a lead fits; a volunteer makes the introduction.
- 4Need skills first? Enrol in the training track and come back to guidance after.

Do you guarantee a job?
No. We guide members and introduce them to hiring partners. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we say so.
What is the training track?
A live, 20-session program on practical AI, included in membership, for working professionals, with a certificate of completion. Details are on its own page.
